One of the by-products of eliminating alcohol from your life is the urge to eat more sugar, and I find that a lot of my clients leave an alcohol problem behind, only to realise that they also have a sugar dependency.
Sugar is one of the biggest killers known to man, and it is in virtually everything that you eat, in particular the processed foods that fill the supermarket shelves that you have been purchasing your entire lives.
But there is a way to get your healthy filling of sugar and that’s to eat a lot of fruit where nature hands you the right balance of sugar and fibre to keep your body ticking over the way it should be.
My Lean Life coaching course teaches people to eradicate destructive habits like alcohol permanently by removing silo thinking (I must stop drinking alcohol) and replacing it with a holistic way of thinking (I must change my life in order to stop drinking alcohol permanently).
Diet is a crucial part of this holistic approach and Ronit Chamani tells you why during this 10-minute interview.
